Rose Apple Square
Rose Apple Square is a new mixed-use development developed by Urban Living Solutions Co., Ltd to transform the area into the new residential and commercial center of Siem Reap. The construction of the project began in June 2020 at the center of Siem Reap, which provides residential buildings with a comfortable living in the community.
Rose Apple Square consists of four mid-rise blocks located around an open green courtyard. This green space is the backbone of the development, connecting all segments of this public square, allowing each of the four key areas of the complex to coexist, flourish and collaborate seamlessly. Rose Apple Square will be developed into a community landmark with four main sections: Rose Apple Forum, Rose Apple Community, Rose Apple Residences, and Rose Apple Offices.
The Rose Apple Forum is planned to be a political and research coworking space of more than 950 square meters and a conference room that can accommodate 150 people. The Rose Apple community is designed as a shared living area providing a highly productive living environment including a swimming pool, yoga area and high end gym.
The Rose Apple Residences will be converted into a 207-unit condominium. This residential complex consists of four different types of apartments such as studio, one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom with a safe and delightful environment. The development is mainly targeted at young professionals and frequent travelers between Phnom Penh and Siem Reap.
Rose Apple Offices is slated to be a commercial development of a multi-level office designed for small and medium-sized businesses that want access to first-class facilities and amenities, including a pool, gym, fitness center, children's playground and garden. with the modern needs of residential buildings.
